How do overages work in my workspace?

Each plan includes monthly presentation credits per user: Free: 50 presentations per month Plus: 150 presentations per month Pro: 500 presentations per month What are overages? Overages are additional credits you can purchase when your team needs more than your plan's monthly allocation. These credits work as a shared pool that any user can draw from once they've exhausted their individual monthly limit. How it works: Let's say ACME Corporation has Jane and John, both on the Plus plan: Mid-January usage: Jane: 100 credits used (50 remaining) John: 150 credits used (0 remaining) At this point, John can't create more presentations until the billing cycle resets. ACME purchases 100 overage credits for $10 to keep the team working. Next presentations created: Jane creates a presentation → Uses 1 credit from her monthly allowance (101 total used, 49 remaining) John creates a presentation → Uses 1 credit from the shared overage pool (99 overage credits remaining) Key details: • Overages are shared across all workspace users • Users always consume their individual monthly credits first before tapping into the overage pool • Purchased overage credits remain available for 1 year from purchase • This prevents the need to upgrade your entire plan when you just need occasional extra capacity • Your organization can purchase multiple overage packages at once, with volume discounts available (see pricing table) • Overages require at least one Plus seat or higher in your organization • If all active seats are removed, the 1-year countdown continues. If you add an active seat before expiry, that user will have access to any remaining overage balance
