How does zero-storage architecture work?

When you trigger a presentation, we connect to your CRM via API, fetch the necessary data in real-time, generate your presentation, and immediately discard the source data. Only the generated presentation file is stored on our servers. This security model supports automation at scale.

How does access for triggers and scheduling work?

When you set up triggers, we listen for events in your data source—but we don't store the data itself, just notifications that new records match your criteria. For scheduled workflows, we connect at your preset times. In both cases, we use read-only OAuth 2.0 access to fetch data in real-time, process it instantly, and discard it immediately. Nothing is stored or cached between runs.

Where are my generated presentations stored?

Generated presentations are stored in encrypted AWS S3 buckets. All files are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption with AWS Key Management Service (KMS).

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

When you delete your account, all stored presentations are permanently removed within 30 days. Since we don't store your source CRM data, there's no additional data to delete.

How do I know my data isn't being stored?

Our architecture is designed to process data in memory only. We have logging systems and incident response services to monitor our systems, and we're transparent about our data handling practices. Users on our Pro and Enterprise plans can also review our Activity Logs to see that data is fetched and discarded immediately.

What about GDPR and CCPA compliance?

Our zero-storage model means we process minimal personal data. Since we don't store your CRM records, maintaining GDPR and CCPA compliance is simpler—for both you and us.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you can export your generated presentations at any time. Since we don't store your source CRM data, there's no additional data to export—your CRM remains your source of truth.

How secure are the API connections?

All API connections use OAuth 2.0 authentication and TLS 1.2+ encryption. We follow industry best practices for secure API communication and never store API credentials in plain text. Secure automation without storing your data.
