Plans

Under Settings → Plans, AutoScaled offers four tiers: Free
  • 1 seat, 50 presentations/month, 5 workflows
  • Basic workflow builder, shareable links, engagement analytics, export
Plus — $19/user/month (billed annually)
  • Up to 3 seats, 150 presentations/user/month, unlimited workflows
  • Smart triggers & scheduling, CRM data sources, shareable landing pages, no watermark
Pro — $49/user/month (billed annually)
  • Unlimited seats, 500 presentations/user/month
  • Shared credit pool, user roles & activity log, priority support
Enterprise — Custom pricing
  • Unlimited presentations, SSO & SAML, custom contracts, SLA, dedicated account manager
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial of Pro — no credit card required. Annual billing saves ~20%.

Subscriptions

From the Plans page, you can:
  • Subscribe — Choose a plan and billing interval (monthly or yearly)
  • Upgrade — Move to a higher plan with prorated billing
  • Cancel — Cancel at the end of the current billing period
  • Reactivate — Resume a cancelled subscription before it expires
A proration preview shows exactly what you’ll be charged before any plan change takes effect.

Credits & Overage Packages

A credit is consumed each time a presentation is generated. Failed generations do not count. Monthly Credits Included with your plan. Reset at the start of each billing period. On the Pro plan, credits are pooled across your team. Overage Packages Purchase additional credits as one-time packages:
  • Available in multiple tiers with volume discounts
  • Valid for 1 year from purchase
  • Shared across all workspace users
  • Consumed only after monthly credits are exhausted
Credit usage is tracked under Settings → Usage, which shows progress bars per user (or pooled), active packages, remaining credits, and expiration dates. When credits run low (>80% used), a warning appears on the Dashboard. If credits are fully exhausted, active workflows and triggers are paused until credits are replenished.

Payment Methods

Under Settings → Billing, add or update a credit card via Stripe. Your payment method is used for subscriptions and credit package purchases.

Invoices

View your billing history with downloadable receipts. Each invoice shows the description, date, amount, and a link to the PDF receipt.

AppSumo Codes

If you purchased AutoScaled through AppSumo, redeem your code under Settings → Plans. Enter the code to unlock your lifetime plan.

Referral Program

Under Settings → Referral, earn 10 free credits for every new user who signs up through your unique referral link. The page shows:
  • Your unique referral link (copy with one click)
  • Total friends invited
  • Total credits earned
  • A referral history table with names, credits earned, and dates
