The AutoScaled Dashboard is your workspace home screen. At a glance, you see presentations you have generated, sharing metrics, credits and usage, and upcoming scheduled workflows.
The AutoScaled Dashboard containing 5 cards in your workspace
When you set up a new account, the dashboard starts empty. As you generate content at scale, the five cards fill in with live data.

Presentations Overview

A summary card showing:
  • Total presentations: total number of presentations generated since the account was created
  • Growth: percentage change vs. the prior 30 days. This number will only populate for accounts older than 30 days
  • Hours saved: conservative estimate of time saved as a flat rate of ~5 minutes per deck
  • Active users: total number of active users in your organization (team members)

Credits & Usage

The Credits & Usage card keeps you informed about your account status and displays:
  • Current plan: the plan you and your organization are on
  • Monthly credits: number of credits used during this billing period (30 days) and remaining credits on your subscription
  • Overage credits: number of additional credits you’ve purchased that can be used to generate presentations and the remaining overage credits.
  • Seats used: how many seats you’re currently using

The card links to the billing page for plan management. A warning appears when you’re above 80% of your credit limit.

Monthly credits

The monthly credits displayed are the total amount of credits available, used and remaining for the current user. Monthly credits reset on every billing cycle. When you’re generating presentations, monthly credits will be consumed first. They are included in your subscription.

Overage credits

The overage credits displayed are the total amount of credits available, used and remaining for the entire organization. Overage credits are valid for a period of 12 months from purchase. When you run out of monthly credits, AutoScaled will consume overage credits from your organization plan. Overage credits do not reset on every billing cycle.

Seats used

Your plan comes with a maximum number of seats that can be added to the plan. A cost is incurred for every seat you add to your plan. Seats include a set amount of credits and access to features. For more details, see our pricing page.If you reach the maximum number of seats allowed on your plan, you can either remove users to add new ones or upgrade to a different plan.

This card updates to show the most recent generated presentation even when the presentation was generated in the background without manual intervention.

Sharing Metrics

The Sharing & Links card is a grid showing:
  • Active Links: how many share links are currently live
  • Recipients: unique people you’ve shared with
  • Total Views: aggregate view count across all shared presentations
  • Open Rate: percentage of recipients who viewed

Upcoming Workflows

Upcoming Workflows is a row of cards including the upcoming workflows with active schedules or triggers. These schedules or triggers run in the background and do not require manual action. Each workflow card displays:
  • Workflow name: the custom name of the workflow
  • Data source: the data source used for the workflow
  • Output type: the presentation software, often Google Slides or PowerPoint, in which the presentation is generated
  • Schedule information: when the workflow will run

Workflows triggered from CRM or Spreadsheet data

AutoScaled does not store your data and has no continuous access to your CRM or Spreadsheet data. When you set up a workflow using triggers, your CRM or Spreadsheet is checked every ~15 minutes for changes. If a change is detected that meets your criteria, a new presentation is generated. Workflow cards that have “Trigger” as run mode display:
  • Last run: the last time this workflow generated a presentation successfully
  • Next check: when AutoScaled will poll your data for changes
