Organization Management

AutoScaled has extensive organization capabilities, allowing teams to onboard members, share work, and ensure consistent branding across all content. Organization settings are managed under Settings → Organization. There are six tabs:
  1. Organization profile: related to organization name, logo and main branding elements
  2. Members: management of individual members and roles in the workspace
  3. Usage: per-user usage and organization overage credits
  4. Plans: organizational workspace plan
  5. Billing: billing settings and historical purchases
  6. Referral: individual referral history
Not all tabs are visible to all users. Visibility and access depend on user roles.

Roles & Permissions

AutoScaled supports four roles:
  1. Owner: Full access; cannot be removed. Manages billing and organization settings.
  2. Admin: Full access to workflows, presentations, and member management. Can invite and remove members.
  3. Editor: Can create and manage their own workflows and presentations. Cannot manage members or billing.
  4. Viewer: Read-only access to shared workflows and presentations.

Organization Profile on AutoScaled

Under Settings → Organization, edit your organization’s name and general configuration. Organization-level settings apply to all team members. You can configure the following organizational settings:

Organization Profile

  1. Organization name: both the internal and external workspace name of your organization. This name appears across the workspace, external branded landing pages, and email communications when you share presentations.
It’s highly recommended to set your real organization name or external brand name here and leave it unchanged afterward.

Brand Identity

  1. Logo: the external logo of your organization. This logo is used across external branding pages and email communications when you share presentations. Accepted files are .jpg and .png with a max size of 2MB.
  2. Brand color: the brand color of your organization. This color is used to customize buttons and accents across external branding pages and email communications.
For the most consistent experience, use a .png file with a transparent background.

Team Members & Invitations

Under Settings → Members, manage who has access to your workspace.

Current members

Current Members Each member shows their name, email, role badge, and a dropdown menu to change role or remove them. The organization owner cannot be removed. Invitations Invite new members by email. Each invitation includes:
  • The email address
  • The assigned role
  • An expiration date
Pending invitations can be cancelled. Invitees receive an email with a link to accept and join the organization. Available Licenses If your plan includes seat-based licensing, unused licenses are displayed with their availability status.

Switching Organizations

If you belong to multiple organizations, use the organization switcher in the sidebar header to move between workspaces. Each organization has its own data sources, workflows, presentations, and billing.
